The Medicine Hat College Rattlers are honoured to host the 2020 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Women's Basketball Championship. Taking part in the event will be eight of the province's best collegiate women's basketball teams, who will compete to see who will represent the province at the Canandian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) National Championship — hosted by Vancouver Island University (VIU) in Nanaimo, BC from March 18-21, 2020.

Gymnasium (the Snake Pit) - 299 College Drive SE

The gymnasium known as the "Snake Pit" is a 9,540 square foot facility with a seating capacity of 500. Located in G Wing (lower floor), it has wheelchair accessibility with public washrooms, two (2) scoreboards, and PA.
