2020 ACAC Women's Basketball Championship

Medicine Hat College

The Medicine Hat College Rattlers are honoured to host the 2020 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Women's Basketball Championship. Taking part in the event will be eight of the province's best collegiate women's basketball teams, who will compete to see who will represent the province at the Canandian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) National Championship — hosted by Vancouver Island University (VIU) in Nanaimo, BC from March 18-21, 2020.

Gymnasium (the Snake Pit) - 299 College Drive SE

The gymnasium known as the "Snake Pit" is a 9,540 square foot facility with a seating capacity of 500. Located in G Wing (lower floor), it has wheelchair accessibility with public washrooms, two (2) scoreboards, and PA.

General Admission

Adult Day Pass: $15
Seniors: $5
MHC Student/Staff: $5
Children 12 & under: FREE

Tickets and Passes will be available at the door.  Cash only

The day passes are good for all 4 games that day with proof of purchase (stamp). An ATM is available upon entrance to the college.

Accommodation

The Medicine Hat Lodge is the host hotel.  They are located 1051 Ross Glen Drive SE in Medicine Hat.  To book rooms please call 1-403-580-8503.  MHC has ensured available rooms will be blocked for participating teams well in advance.

 

Parking

Participating team vehicles will be granted free parking throughout the championship tournament.  All other lots will be subject to Medicine Hat College parking regulations.

     

All-Conference Awards Banquet

Dinner: 6:00 pm - Awards to follow
Location: MHC Cafeteria. Awards ceremony in the Eresman Theatre following the dinner.

There is compulsory attendance by all Coaches and competing Student-Athletes.
