ACAC Curling Winter Regional Day #2 Recap

Results

The ACAC Curling Winter Regional resumed with Day #2 Saturday at the Avonair Curling Club in Edmonton, AB with four more draws. The regional is hosted by the NAIT Ooks.

On the men's side, the Olds College Broncos continued to impress posting a perfect 4-0 record. The #1 seeded team entering the regional was the RDC King's and they currently are tied for 2nd with the NAIT Ooks with 3-2 records.

The top ranked women's team Concordia Thunder remained ontop along with RDC with a 3-1 record. Two other teams sit at 2-2 while the two remaining teams are 1-3.
 

With eight teams competing in the mixed draw, Concordia (5-0) and Lakeland (4-1) emerged as the only two teams with a winning record setting up an interesting final day.

Day #3 will consist of two more draws (8:30am & 12pm) and ie-breakers if necessary.
