CALGARY, ALTA., (Feb. 11, 2023) - The SAIT Trojans women's volleyball team put together one heck of a game Saturday afternoon as they lowered the curtain on their regular season.

The Trojans upset the country's 5th-ranked team, The King's University Eagles 3-1 (27-25, 25-21, 20-25, 25-22) in Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) action played at Ambrose University.

The loss was just the third of the season for the now 16-3 Eagles. SAIT improved to 9-10.

SAIT's LeeAnne Arnott and Grace Coulter led the way for the home team, combining for 42 kills in the win.

Sam Lieuwen paced the Eagles with a team-best 14 kills.

Both teams will now focus on the post-season, which begins next weekend.

Arnott and King's University's Sam Silva were named Players of the Game.
