Vikings win their third home game to start the new semester

Camrose, AB -The Augustana Vikings took on the NAIT Ooks in their third home game back from Christmas break. The scores were 25-20, 31-29, 25-20.

The first ended with the score 25-20, it was well fought but the VIkings managed to pull ahead and take the win.

The second set was a very close match, with neither team backing down, keeping the fans on the edge of their seats. The Vikings pulled ahead and took the win of this close set with a score of 31-29.

For the third and final set, the both teams played well but the Vikings ended the game with a score of 25-20.

From the NAIT Ooks, Julia Donnelly, number 12 was awarded the player of the game with 18 kills, 15 digs, 1 block, and 2 assists. From the Augustana Vikings, Karen Wagner, number 7, was awarded the player of the game with 3 kills, 4 digs, 4 blocks, ans 29 assists.
