CALGARY, ALTA., (Oct. 20, 2018) — To complete their weekend sweep, the SAIT Trojans women's volleyball team went down a different road on Saturday night.

 

The Trojans needed five sets, as they grinded out a 3-2 (21-25, 25-22, 22-25, 25-11, 15-11) victory over the visiting Lethbridge College Kodiaks in their Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) contest played inside SAIT Gymnasium. The win comes 24 hours after the Trojans rolled to a quick 3-0 win in Lethbridge, Alta.

 

"I think we came out a little bit flat and we didn't adjust," said Trojans head coach Art O'Dwyer. "They did some things different and were a little more efficient tonight. We too many errors tonight, and they didn't make as many as they did on Friday."

 

SAIT improves to 3-2 on the year. The Kodiaks fall to 1-3.

 

Jadyn Leong led the Trojans with 17 kills. Carley Doneff led the Kodiaks with 11 kills.
