EDMONTON, AB – The Viking's #13 Rae Metrunec recorded 9 kills and 12 points,  on defense #16 Amy Muldor had a team high 18 digs to lead the Vikings to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-22, 25-23) victory over the Concordia Thunder on Saturday night.

Thunder's #9 Tianna Smith led the team offensively with 9 kills and 12 points while on defense #8 Shae McDonald recorded 7 digs.

The Thunder are handed their 4th loss of the season and the Vikings improve to 2-0.
