CALGARY, ALTA., (March 5, 2022) - The season came to a close for the SAIT Trojans women's hockey team.

A tough year ended with a tough loss, as the Trojans were trounced 9-0 by the NAIT Ooks in their final Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) game of the year.

At 2-14, SAIT did not make the playoffs.

Both SAIT goalies Becca Boswell and Ali Kieran saw time in the contest.

Jaden Perpelitz and Jordan MacMillan each scored a pair of goals for the Ooks. Taylor Premak, Hailey Cruickshank, Charlize Sallis, Wynona Creyke and Halle Patek added solo markers.

SAIT's Pyper Alexander and NAIT goalie Kaitlyn Slator were named Players of the Game.
