For the second day in a row, the Briercrest Clippers beat the Medicine Hat College Rattlers and for the second day in a row, a member of their team reached a siginificant milestone.  Coming in to Saturday's match Karym Coleman was just 13 kills away from 1000 for his ACAC career.  Right from the start, it was clear that the Clippers were going to do everything in their power to help him hit 1000 kills.  Coleman managed to hit the milestone early in the fourth set and finished the match with an impressive 20 kills.  The match itself was a tightly contested affair throughout.  The first set was extremely tight with momentum swinging back and forth between the two teams.  The Clippers managed to take it 25-23.  Set two was again close for most of the set but the Clippers managed to pull away and take it 25-19 to up their lead.  The Rattlers found some momentum in set three.  As they had done the entire match, MHC fought and pushed the bigger more experienced Clippers and they were rewarded with a 25-22 set win to close the game to two sets to one.  Another tightly fought fourth set again saw the Clippers pull away to take it 25-19 and take the match 3 sets to 1.  The ACAC Players of the Game were #11 Karym Coleman from Briercrest and #5 Jordan McKee from the Rattlers.
