Wolves hosted the Keyano Huskies for their Home Opener in front of a full house. Sam Tu'ivai made his debut as head coach for the GPRC Wolves. The Wolves went up earlier in the first set 16-8, until the Huskies applied the pressure, and even out the score 20-20. The Huskies ended a close set 25-23.

2nd set the Huskies pulled away earlier and finished the set 25-18.

Wolves needed a 3rd set win. Battling hard at the net, however the defense from Keyano, shut down the Wolves offense. Set ended 25-15 for the Huskies. Keyano wins the first game of the season 3-0.

Player of the Game for the Keyano Huskies was #6 Trey Weinmeier and for the GPRC Wolves #4 Erik Salamon.

Both teams play each other tomorrow at 3pm at GPRC.
