NOTE: Top six (6) teams in each division qualify for playoffs. Points will determine the ranking of each team in the standings. If there is an imbalance in the number of games played, then a win/loss ratio will determine the ranking.

The following formula is used to determine final standings if two or more teams are tied.
- Results of matches between the tied teams.
- Goal difference in games between the tied teams.
- Goal Difference: By deducting goals against from goals for, the team with the better (higher) goal difference shall be awarded the higher standing.
- Goal difference in all ACAC regular league games.
- Most goals scored in regular league play.
- Fewest goals conceded in regular season play.
The first and second place teams in each division will receive a bye to the divisional semi-final game. The winner of the quarter-final games will advance to meet the first and second place teams receiving the bye. The winner of the divisional semi-finals will be played to determine a first & second place team in each division. After the divisional final, the first place team in each division will play for gold while the second place team will play for the bronze. All playoff games will be played at the higher ranked team unless determined at a neutral site.
