CALGARY, ALTA., (Friday, October 14th) - The SAIT Trojans men's hockey team took on the visiting Portage College Voyageurs on Friday night.
 
The Trojans took the win during their home opening game, scoring twice in the third period to defeat their guests 2-1 in Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) action played at WinSport.

Dylan Clark led the Trojans by scoring the game winning goal late in the third period.

Zach Cox also scored in the victory for SAIT. Gavin Mattey scored the lone goal for the Voyageurs.

Tanner Sidaway was named SAIT's Player of the Game, while Spencer Kennedy earned the honour for the Portage College Voyagers.

SAIT will return to action on Saturday, October 15th when they take on the Portage College Voyageurs again at 2:45pm.
