Huskies Stop Rustlers Comeback

The Lakeland College Rustlers welcomed back the huskies for game two of there double header this weekend. With the Rustlers falling lastnight they were looking to come out with a hot start. However, the Huskies came out firing scoring 24 points in the first quarter to take it 24-18. The Huskies would only grow on there lead throughout the second quarter of the game. With the Rustlers down 47-39 going into the 3rd they came wanted to come out with some fire. They were able to bring back the game to within distance in the third quarter going into the 4th down by 5. The Huskies were feeling comfortable with the lead of 67-62. With a few runs for each team in the 4th and some big momentum swing, the Huskies would go on one final run to close the game out with a 94-84 win over the hosts Lakeland College Rustlers.
