Seconds after tipoff D'Aubre "Double D" Doucette  hits a 3-pointer with first shot of game.  He comes right back and hits another Downtown Freddie Brown three pointer and the Huskies go up 10-0 with less than two minutes expired

A free throw by Wolves' Alexandar Joseph gets the visitors on the scoreboard down 13-1.

Wolves defence coughing up a few steals – six total in the period -  allowing them back into game and down 26-20 after 10 minutes.

Wolves bench comes up with 11 points.

Back-to-back hoops by state of Washington player Payton Tirrell brings Wolves within five, down 34-29 as Huskies call timeout with 5:14 to go until halftime.

Huskies up 49-37 after 20 minutes.

Wolves continue to score close to the hoop while the Huskies rely on their outside shooting.

Wolves tenacious defence gives them a 56-54 lead with 3:35 remaining in the third period.

A three pointer by Huston Shackelford gives the Huskies a 63-60 lead heading into the final period.

Brandon Sarpong gives the Huskies a spark at the start of the fourth to go up 71-62 with Wolves calling a timeout.

Wolves' Joseph puts down a thunderous dunk making it  67-76 but draws a foul for taunting.

Final score 89-82 in favour of Huskies.

Home Hardware Player of the Game for the Huskies is Chris Oppong with a near triple double by recording 13 rebounds, 11 points and 9 assists.

Other Huskies top performers are D'Aubre Doucette with 23 points and 3 steals and Emmanuel Ansah with 22 points.

POG for the Wolves is Tucker Payne-Mcleod coming off  the bench to drop 21 points.  Payton Tirrell had a good showing with 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assist and 2 steals.
