For the second straight weekend the Wolves rebound after losing the Friday game to split on Saturday. The win improves the Wolves to 2-2 and puts the NAIT Ooks at 2-2.
The Wolves led 18-13 after the 1st quarter and 44-22 at the half. The Ook's weren't finished though as they came out in the 3rd quarter with a fiery, getting the deficit down to 11 as they headed into the 4th quarter. The Wolves finished strong, winning the quarter 26-13, as well as the game, 86-62.
The leading scorer for the Wolves was Liam O'Hallahan with 29 points and 8 rebounds. Ryan Delwo led NAIT with 19 points.
The Wolves host the Augustana Vikings next Friday in GPRC. The NAIT Ooks will travel to Kings University next Friday.
