ACAC Curling Bonspiel #1

Edmonton, AB - NAIT hosted the first bonspiel of the season at the Avonair Curling Club in Edmonton. Five ACAC teams came to compete in the men's, women's, and mixed divisions. The bonspiel lineup included the Concordia Thunder, SAIT Trojans, NAIT Ooks, Augustana Vikings, and Lakeland Rustlers. There were three match times throughout the day, and each team got to compete in two games.

Men:

CUE VS SAIT – SAIT wins 4-2

NAIT VS UAA – UAA wins 8-1

Women:

LAKE VS NAIT – NAIT wins 5-2

UAA VS CUE – UAA wins 10-4

Mixed:

LAKE VS SAIT – SAIT wins 11-3

Each team did their best. It was a great bonspiel. The second curling bonspiel will take place in Red Deer on February 12^th.
