ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Nathan Woyessa delivered an outstanding performance this past weekend, showcasing elite speed, consistency, and competitive excellence across multiple events. Competing in indoor track, Nathan captured first place in both the 3000m and the 1500m, while also earning an impressive second‑place finish in the 1000m. His ability to excel across middle‑ and long‑distance events highlights not only his speed, but also his versatility and endurance as an athlete.
Nathan’s exceptional results translated directly into team success. He accumulated the highest total of men’s points over the weekend, earning him an All‑Conference Award and playing a pivotal role in his team being crowned the Men’s Team ACAC Champions. His performances consistently set the standard on the track and provided crucial momentum for his teammates.
A dominant competitor and proven leader, Nathan continues to raise the bar through his work ethic and race execution. His contributions this weekend exemplify what it means to perform at a championship level. Nathan is a 3rd-year student-athlete enrolled in Software Development.
