ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Tye Evans earns Athlete of the Week honours after a huge weekend against Briercrest, leading the Voyageurs offence in back-to-back games.
On Friday, February 13, Evans recorded two goals and three assists in an overtime win, earning Player of the Game. He followed it up Saturday with three goals and two assists, finishing the weekend with 10 points and playing a key role in both victories.
Evans is in his second year with the Voyageurs, studying Open Studies, and is from Grande Prairie, Alberta.
