Jana Laing quarterbacked her team to perfection at the 2023 ACAC Women's Volleyball Championship this past weekend in Red Deer, Alta..

As a third-year setter, she posted an impressive 96 assists, 28 digs, and 5 aces over the course of three matches, which helped her team score consistently in every set. The Rustlers' opponents never scored more than 22 points in a set, which is a testament to Laing's skill and leadership on the court.

In the final, Laing had an especially impressive performance, with 30 assists, 2 aces, 8 digs, and a block. This helped her team secure the championship win, and earned her the tournament MVP award, which is a well-deserved recognition of her talent and hard work.
