Narayan Ramdhani, The King's Eagles, Badminton

Narayan Ramdhani capped off a terrific ACAC Badminton season by winning the Men's singles title and team championship.

In the team championships events, Narayan won his singles and doubles matches against CUE and helped TKU defeat CUE 4-3 to move on to face SAIT. Narayan then won his singles match against SAIT to help TKU defeat SAIT by a score of 4-0.

In individuals championships, #1 ranked Narayan went undefeated on his way to capture his back-to-back ACAC Men's Singles title. This is the 3rd singles title in his ACAC career. In his final match, Narayan battled back after a slow start to secure the victory. Overall all, Narayan went undefeated with only one dropped game.

At the athletics banquet, Narayan was named to the ACAC Badminton All Conference team for the 4th time and was also named the ACAC Badminton Male Athlete of the Year.

Narayan will now represent TKU and ACAC at Nationals in Truor, Nova Scotia.
