Rustlers defeat the Vikings putting them in 1st place in the North

The Rustlers came out on fire to start the first quarter. The defense was able to hold the Vikings scoreless for some time until, #11 Louber, hit one from the foul line. For the Rustlers #11 Hailey Sommers seemed to be the go-to look for the Rustlers. She found her way to the foul line multiple times after strong takes to the rim. Sommer hit 6/6 foul shots in the first quarter. The Rustlers dominate the offense and defense as they score 17 points and hold the Vikings to just 4 points. The momentum for the Rustlers continued in the second as a couple threes pushed their lead a outscore the Vikings 20 points to 10. The Rustlers go into halftime up 37-14 as they dominate the whole first half. The Rustlers were able to roll their bench in the second half but continued to be a dominant team. The Rustlers were able to knock down all most every shot they put up another impressive 29 points. The third ended 66-32 for the Rustlers. In the last quarter, the Rustlers played most of their bench. The Rustlers broke down defensively at times but the huge lead allowed the Rustlers to coast the through the last quarter. The Rustlers win this game 80-55 against the visiting Vikings and put the Rustlers into 1st place for the North Division.
