Briercrest's Phillips named to Canadian Junior National Team

07/23/14... Caronport, SK - Briercrest College libero Jonathan Phillips has been selected to the 2014 Canadian men’s Junior National Team.

The Caron, SK native was the lone member of Team Saskatchewan who was selected to the Canadian Junior National team after representing Team Saskatchewan in the National Team Challenge Cup (NTCC) from July 15-20 at the Centre Sportif in Gatineau, Quebec. Ryan Gets Nod to Alberta Volleyball Hall of Fame

07/08/2014...Camrose, Alberta - Marcus Porcius Cato, better known as Cato the Elder, was a distinguished Roman statesman (234 BC – 149 BC) who was attributed to this quote, “I would much rather have men ask why I have no statue than why I have one.”

It is the same passage that Greg Ryan referred back to when asked about his recent induction into the Alberta Volleyball Sports Hall of Fame.

Former Huskies Player Takes on Coaching Duties

 06/20/2014...Fort McMurray, Alberta -  Keyano College Huskies Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of Tommy Sloan as head coach of the Keyano Huskies women’s volleyball program for the 2014-2015 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) season.
