Sinead won her third consecutive ACAC women’s doubles event this past weekend and then went on to finish second in mixed doubles at ACAC Tournament #3 at Concordia. Cheah teamed up with partner Jessica Yu to capture the women’s doubles crown and then partnered up with Jonathan Chang in mixed-doubles, losing a tough 3 set match in the final to finish second. Sinead also finished 8th in women’s singles. “Sinead has been a dominating player for our team over the past four years in women’s and mixed-doubles,” said Head Coach Jordan Richey. “Her experience and precision shot-making ability makes her one of the strongest players in the conference.”  

Sinead is in her 4th year at NAIT and is in the Interior Design program. She is from Edmonton, AB.

Kadeem played a huge role pacing the Rustlers to two wins over the Augustana Vikings on January 20th and 21st.  Over the weekend Kadeem scored a combined 32 points and 29 rebounds.  These totals included a 22 point, 22 rebound double double performance on the Rustlers home court on Saturday night.  

Kadeem is a Business Administration student from Toronto, Ont.
