Badminton Winners Announced at the 2010 CCAA Badminton Championships
03/08/2010 ... Edmonton ... The 2010 CCAA Badminton National Championships did not disappoint as the action was intense and stronger than ever. With the tournament coming to a close at NAIT on Saturday, March 6th, the medals were presented to the national champions in front of a crowd of crazed fans.
Throughout the championships the athletes did not settle for less than their best performances as they competed against each other; all of the athletes competed with strength and skill.
The BCCAA squad won gold medals in the Women’s Singles, Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles events while the OCAA secured the gold medal in the Mixed Doubles event.
